Planning shop terms

Effective September 10, 2026. These terms cover the planning products sold by CoastalEcuador. Prices are in US dollars.

What you are buying

The Scouting Trip Kit and First 30 Days toolkit are self-guided digital products for your household. They include written tools, web resources, and printable workbooks. First 30 Days also includes the September 2026 opening-edition services contacts snapshot; it does not include future annual address book updates. You may retain the downloaded edition for personal use. Please do not resell or publicly redistribute it.

The Services Address Book provides one year of access from payment, including additions and corrections published during that year. It does not renew automatically. Each entry states when its source details were checked. A listing is not an endorsement, a service-quality guarantee, or a promise that someone speaks English.

Personal scouting plan

The $149 plan covers one household and one scouting trip. It includes three neighborhood matches, a five-day suggested itinerary, a planning budget, and one written clarification exchange. We deliver the report on your private order page within three business days after payment and a complete intake. Business days are Monday through Friday; an Ecuador public holiday may extend the deadline. The $59 Scouting Trip Kit is sold separately. The service does not include bookings, inspections, tours, immigration applications, or individual tax or medical advice.

Business promotion

The $199 package includes one 40–80 word promotional draft, one revision, and one clearly labeled sponsored newsletter placement. We review your brief and agree on a publication date before payment. A draft is due within three business days of payment. Publication requires your written approval on the order page. If approval or payment arrives too late for the agreed date, we will agree on a new date before publishing. Audience size, clicks, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.

Delivery and access

Digital access opens after Stripe confirms payment. Personal reports and promotion drafts appear on your private order page. Order access is saved in your browser when you submit your details. Download an optional private access pass from your order page to use another device. When transactional email is connected, you can request a single-use recovery link that expires after 30 minutes; using it replaces earlier passes. You can also contact us from your purchase email with your order number and receipt for verified recovery.

Notes, budget entries, and checklist progress are saved only in your browser when local storage is available. Use the export tools to retain a copy or move them to another device. Your private access pass gives access to purchased materials, not a synchronized copy of your working notes.

Cancellations and problems

If a digital product is inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of payment for a fix or refund. For a personal plan, you may request cancellation before work begins. For a promotion, you may request cancellation before draft preparation begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will offer a revised date or a refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

A full refund ends online product access. If a payment is disputed, access may be paused while it is reviewed. Directory access ends after the purchased year; no second payment is taken automatically.

Contact and privacy

Email info@coastalecuador.com with your order number for help. We aim to respond within two business days. Contact details and intake answers are used to manage and fulfill the order. Payment details are handled by Stripe. CoastalEcuador purchases are processed by ITERATIVE SYSTEMS LLC, whose name appears at checkout. A purchase does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
